Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange. After 15 days, we will no longer accept returns/exchanges.
Items must be in new, original condition with all product tags attached (if applicable), and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Proof of purchase is also required (i.e. valid order number). If any of these conditions are not met, your return/exchange may be denied. MTOS LLC has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including refund method), credit your account, or exchange the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Gift cards, final sale products, or items postmarked after the return window closes are not eligible for refunds/exchanges and will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will also not be accepted - a return inquiry must be initiated and a response received authorizing the return for the warehouse to accept the return package.

Return Fees
Customer is responsible for shipping or other applicable fees associated with returning the item to the warehouse.
Note: MTOS LLC is not responsible for return/exchange items lost in transit to the warehouse. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, especially for high ticket items.
Once your item is returned and inspected, and we have determined it qualifies for a refund/exchange, we will process the refund/exchange and send an email confirming the transaction. If your item does not qualify for a refund/exchange, you will receive an email to notify you of the rejection. In that case, you can either request for us to destroy the item, or you can ask that we return the item back to you, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the item getting returned back to you.
Note: After a refund has been processed, it can take up to 7 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account. If you do not see your funds posted within 7 business days, contact your bank.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
We will grant a full refund or even exchange at no additional cost to the customer if:

The product was misprinted

The product was damaged (excluding damages incurred during delivery)

The product received does not match what was ordered (e.g. wrong product was sent, wrong size/color was sent, etc.)
Missing Orders
MTOS, LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
Customers who opt out of purchasing Protect Order Protection, are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or other compensation for orders that are missing, stolen or damaged during shipping.
Insufficient Addresses
If your order gets returned to our warehouse due to an insufficient address, your order will get refunded automatically, but shipping costs will be reduced, even on orders which qualified for free shipping.
