About Mike Tyson

With nicknames such as “Iron” Mike, Kid Dynamite, and The Baddest Man on the Planet, Tyson’s legacy is undisputed. One of the most feared boxers in the ring, his resume proves he is one of the boxing greats: in addition to being the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, Tyson holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA, and IBF world heavyweight titles. He was also the first heavyweight boxer to hold the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles simultaneously, In 2011, Tyson was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame, and in 2013 he was inaugurated into the Las Vegas Hall of Fame and his memoir Undisputed Truth, written with Larry Sloman became a NYT best seller.

His ability to work a crowd extends far beyond the ring. Tyson’s career in entertainment spans everything from blockbuster movies (The Hangover and The Hangover 2) to documentaries. He has also toured nationally and internationally with his critically acclaimed Broadway one-man show, Mike Tyson: UNDISPUTED TRUTH, which additionally aired as an HBO special. After a successful run at MGM Grand’s Hollywood Theater, the show debuted on Broadway under famed director Spike Lee, before a return to the MGM and a national tour.


For the first time in 15 years, Mike Tyson returned to the ring and fought against Roy Jones Jr. in an eight- round exhibition fight on Saturday, November 28th, 2020 at The Staples Center in Los Angeles. The boxing match was the 9th highest viewed on pay-per-view in history and streamed on Triller PPV.

Mike’s podcast HotBoxin’ started in 2018 (on which Tyson talks with some of the world’s greatest sports legends, actors, and more) has been listened to over 40 Million times. His expansive digital footprint reaches over 400 million people, and in 2019 Tyson accumulated over 1.4 billion impressions on social media.

Mike made his debut in Bollywood in 2022, featured in an Indian sports action film Liger. Tyson also co-star in the film Vendetta alongside Bruce Willis. Mike recently filmed a dramatic thriller with actor Sean Penn and Tye Sheridan called Asphalt City.

Mike has also launched his eponymous merchandise brand, Mike Tyson Collection, on his website (www.miketyson.com ) ranging from shirts to accessories for men and women.
